Fotomoto is Bennett Botanical's preferred professional printing partner. When you click on an image and then click a buy button, the Fotomoto cart will display all the printing options for the image. Fotomoto will also manage your credit card transactions as well as the printing and shipping of your order. Your print will arrive in Fotomoto packaging.
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Fotomoto that includes a link to check the status of your order. You can use this link until the order is shipped.
When your order ships, Fotomoto will send a shipping confirmation email. If the shipping method you chose during checkout offers tracking, the confirmation email will contain a link that you can use to track the status of your shipment with the shipper.
If you do not receive the emails described above, please check to see if the email is in your spam folder, and if it's not, contact Fotomoto support.
Premium prints typically ship in 2-3 business days, framed and fine art prints in 3-4 business days, and metal prints in 5 business days. Fotomoto will email you to confirm that your order has shipped and will provide links for tracking your package. Delivery time depends on which shipping option you chose.
Note that during the holiday season, printing and delivery times may be longer.
Please contact Fotomoto support within 24 hours and provide your order number. Fotomoto will attempt to cancel the order so you can place a new one.
Your metal prints will be waterproof and scratch-resistant. Direct sunlight, however, will cause the colors to fade. If you’re going to hang your prints outside, a special coating is available that will keep your colors vibrant for up to three years of direct sunlight. Contact us for pricing and timing.
A soft cloth is fine for removing dust. To remove fingerprints and smudges, use a little commercial window cleaner—it won’t hurt the surface.
